Improvements have been made to the City of Antioch SeeClickFix platform. Citizens will now receive an Open, Acknowledged, and Closed response on all submitted requests. This keeps citizens informed throughout the process of their request being resolved and allows requests to be facilitated more efficiently. What’s best about this, is the app and web-interface hasn’t changed at all. Citizens can still submit requests just as they always have, but now benefit from these key improvements.
The City of Antioch has been working in collaboration with Hope Solutions and the Multi-faith ACTION Coalition the last two years to develop innovative affordable housing policies and build community partnerships. Read all about this effort in the Community-Driven Housing Solutions in Antioch report. The report provides a roadmap for developing scalable affordable housing solutions and shares findings and learnings from a nine-month listening campaign.
