Recommended Action:
Motion to introduce the Ordinance by title only;
Motion to introduce the Ordinance adding Section 8-14.02 to the Antioch Municipal Code, dealing with disclosures for new residential units; and
Motion to adopt the resolution establishing language for new
residential disclosures regarding traffic and school capacity.
Motion to deny, create an Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of
realtors, developers, staff, and Council to create a sample to be given at the time of
sale to both new and used homebuyers; development of a bi-annual workshop for realtors on
