Please remember that while we welcome your insights through this form, requests for immediate services, reporting suspicious or criminal activity, and citizen complaints should be directed to the appropriate channels. For urgent matters or to report any suspicious activity, please contact police dispatch directly at 925-778-2441. Additionally, if you have a complaint regarding departmental conduct, we encourage you to reach out to the Internal Affairs unit.
