Due to a system migration, we are experiencing problems with the IVR system and generating monthly bills.  Please note the IVR system is reporting incorrect account balances and bills may be mailed late by the City.  No late fees will be charged.  We appreciate your patience as we work to fix the issues.

The customer service counter at City Hall is currently closed to the public. All business must be conducted via email at service@antiochca.gov or fax at (925) 779-7054.
