Antioch Marina requires the following for a lease agreement application:

• Completed and signed application
• Copy of current DMV Registration or USCG Documentation
• Insurance Coverage of a minimum of $300,000 liability including salvage
• Antioch Marina would be listed as additionally insured on the policy.
• Picture of the boat
• Signed Rules and Regulations of the Antioch Marina. Signed Key Agreement.
• Approval from Harbormaster or designee subject to pre-berth inspection.
• Deposit of 1 months’ rent due at time of signing Permit to Berth
• $10 purchase per electronic key
