The City of Antioch provides funding to our nonprofit partner ECHO Housing, which has trained mediators that help tenants and landlords settle housing disputes through conciliation and mediation to provide information to tenants and landlords on rental housing issues such as:

The City also funds Bay Area Legal Aid and Centro Legal de la Raza (through a contract with ECHO Housing) to assist lower income tenants facing eviction with assistance, legal advice and representation as needed.
Bay Area Legal Aid provides legal advice and representation for free to qualifying lower income households on such civil legal issues as:
