Rent Program Regulations
The Rent Program Regulation are administrative regulations adopted pursuant to sections 1-6.01, 11-1.09, and 11-1.13 of the Antioch Municipal Code to implement and effectuate the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. These Regulations are designed to provide clear instructions and additional information about the requirements and proceedings under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. These Regulations will be expanded and updated as implementation of the Rent Program unfolds.
