Please see Article 2 of the Antioch Rent Program Regulations, “Tenant and Landlord Petitions,” for instructions and additional information about submitting and responding to a Petition.

Please note, there is no City-provided form for a Tenant response to a Landlord Petition at this time. A Tenant wishing to respond to a Landlord Petition should attached a letter and/or other materials to a Tenant Cover Form.

Please also note that Landlords have been granted a grace period for compliance with the Notice requirements. See the Special Regulation for Tenancies Existing Before January 1, 2023 for more information. Additional Petition forms will be made available at the end of this grace period.
