VMT and TIA Guidelines

On August 8, 2023 the City Council adopted Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) and Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) Guidelines to set standards in the transporaion review of new development projects in the City. The Guidelines outline the thresholds of significance for VMT, screening criteria, and mitigation measures. The Guidelines also include standards of when a TIA is needed and what it needs to include.
